This is the OOC comm for [community profile] earth200k.

Once upon a time, a goddess who ruled a tiny island in another universe kidnapped people from hundreds of different universes and brought them to live on her island. Some were there for years; others came and went. But, eventually, the goddess grew tired of her subjects and wanted to start afresh.

She gave her subjects a choice. They could return to their own universe, go with a friend to theirs, or remain and be banished to another island. Some, those who were friends with those from Earth-199999 (also known at the MCU) chose to return with them. But, in doing so, the timeline split irreconcilably from its former path.

Welcome to Earth-200000.

The Rules

1. Any character formerly from Amat Omnes is welcome, even if you didn't stay until the end of the game. Want to visit but don't want to stay? Create a semi-plausible reason for jumping between universes and drop in!

2. The setting can be anywhere in the world, but the entry point for new arrivals who don't belong in the MCU is New York City. The starting point for the timeline is just prior to Ultron, but expect history to change dramatically. Beware, though: changing timelines has consequences. Some good, some bad.

3. IC =/= OOC, play nice, be cool, don't be a jerk.

4. No godmodding. (Controlling another character's actions without their permission, using OOC knowledge IC-ly, etc.) If you're not sure what is allowed, ask the other player or a mod, or check in at the FAQ.

5. Please put a warning on non-worksafe material and place it behind a cut if it is in the main part of your post.

6. Any sort of tagging style is acceptable: prose, short action, dialogue . . . go with whatever you're most comfortable writing.

7. Have fun!
